Failure to receive notifications due to outdated contact information shall not create liability for NothingX Solutions Private Limited.

  • Proceedings conducted in English
  • Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction

20. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: Invalid provisions shall not affect remaining terms
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce does not constitute waiver
